DOC Alentejo


Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon

Harvest: Mechanic and at night

Vinification: The best grapes, vinified variety by variety. The Aragonez is fermented in Vinimatics, while the others two varieties are fermented in open vats (Lagares) with mechanical press. The process occurs at 22° to 24°C.

Ageing: 8 moths in new barrels mostly French oak. The blend is then bottled and aged for a minimum period of 1 year.

Longevity: 6 to 8 years

Taste: Aromas of red fruits jams, complexes by wood. Velvety, whit an excellent structure and soft tannins.

Comment servir: 16° to 18° C
