WINEMAKING: Manual harvest, followed by selection at the choosing table and entry into the fermentation tanks by gravity. Fermentation is done in tronco- -conic stainless steel containers with temperature control, followed by aging in French oak barrels during nine months.
AGING: Nine months in French oak barrels and 4 months in bottle before market launch
