Encruzado Reserva 2016
This wine is born at 500 meters of altitude on the granite soils of the right bank of the D5o. These low yield vineyards are 30 years old and produce Premium quality grapes of the local variety Encruzado. The aim of this wine is to express its “terroir”: fresh, mineral and complex.
The spring of 2016 was quite cold and rainy. The summer was extremely dry and hot, and the rain appeared very timid in mid-September. These grapes were harvested manually on September 13 and the result is a wine full of texture, freshness and minerality.
