Wine Analysis: Alcohol 12,5% by volume | Total acid: 5,7 g/L | Final pH: 3,38 | Residual sugar: 0,5 g/L

Winemaking: Hand-harvested and sorted at the winery, this clusters were destemmed, slightly crushed  and went directly to the press for a very soft pressing. Most of the must fermented in stainless steel tanks was free-run must, to preserve all the freshness and pure fruit from the grapes.

Tasting notes: Very soft pinkish color, with salmon hints. The aroma is based on soft raspberry, strawberry and watermelon. This dry style rosé is very refreshing, gastronomic and delicate. Perfect to go along with fish, seafood andpastadishes.
