Winemaking: The clusters were hand-harvested and carefully sorted at the winery. After destemming and gently pressing the grapes, a slowly fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.
Tasting notes: This blend opens with aromas of fresh white and tropical fruit. It’s a tasty and creamy wine on the palate, with great acidity to balance. Enjoy it on a hot summer day!
