Grape varieties: Sercial (Esgana-cão), Galego Dourado, Arinto e Antão Vaz
Tasting notes: limpid color with a very discreet initial aroma to pineapple, followed by apple and pear aromas. In the mouth, a tremendous and refreshing non-aggressive acidity, rather full of elegance where, once again, apples and pears are present. A very mineral and persistent finale. Very elegant.
Vinification: fermentation in French oak vats. Every 2 weeks, a smooth batonnage until bottling. Cork closure.
