HERDADE DO PORTOCARRO (RED)

Herdade do Portocarro was the first wine to be produced. A high quality wine, it is influenced by the Atlantic ocean breezes and the Alentejo plains. Beautifully fresh and elegant.

Grape varieties: Aragonez, Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting notes: attractive, lingering palate with balanced aromas of preserved fruit, toast, green coffee and spices.

Vinification: fermented in oak vats. Matured in French oak barrels for a minimum of 12-months and then in bottle for at least a year. Cork closure.
