DORAVANTE (WHITE)

a… “White from Outrora”

This wine was born from vineyards of  Arinto about 30 years old and centenarian vines of Bical and Cercial that we find in the old vineyards of Bairrada. It is a pure and simple approach to the clay-limestone soils os the region and to the Atlantic climate, which allows a unique expression of minerality and salinity in wine.

The 2016 HARVEST

The year 2016 was characterized by a very cold and rainy spring and a hot dry summer, with the rain reappearing at the end of September, after these grapes had been harvested. The high thermal amplitudes os the area and the fresh Bairrada nights allowed us to obtain a wine loaded with freshness and elegance that asks us to sit at the table with our fish, seafood and maybe something more…
