Vinification: Maceration Pre-Fermentative at low temperatures, Fermentation in tanks equipped with mechanical robot steps, Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
Longevity: 4 to 6 years
Ageing: 6 months in French oak barrels.
Taste: A good intensity aromatic at chocolate, mint and currants, resulting in an appealing, greedy race, with tannins present and well integrated, resulting in a final long and persistent mouth.
