ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: is wine presents a rosy color, paired with nuances of onion skin, and very ne aromas of red fruits and tiny wild berries. It has a palate with some volume, a well-meshed delicate acidity, with a smooth and gentle nish of medium persistence. Goes well with oven-roasted sh dishes and
white meats or can also be served as an aperitif. It should be served at a temperature of 8 oC – 10 oC.
