Wine Analysis: Alcohol 12% by volume | Total acid: 5,8 g/L | Final pH: 3,29 | Residual sugar: 0,6 g/L

Winemaking: All of the clusters were hand-harvested. After being sorted, the grapes were destemmed and went directly to the press. The white must fermented slowly in stainless stell vats with controlled temperature. This wine is un-oaked to maintain is purity and freshness.

Tasting notes: The aroma of this white wine is quite fresh with citrus, white fruits and good minerality . In the palate reveals a good volume, balanced with vibrant acidity, making this wine persistent and perfect to go along with food.
