ALIÁS (WHITE)

a… “White from Outrora”

This wine was born from 100 year old vines of the Bical variety that we can find in old vineyard of Bairrada. It is a very limited production  of a a wine made in a very traditional  way and that it is somewhat disconcerting for the low alcohol  content that matches a great depth and complexity. It is not a modern white, is a white from “Outrora” (times past).

The 2015 HARVEST

It was a generally hot and dry year but the winter and the month of September where much cooler and wet. These grapes were harvested by hand on September 10, with still low sugar content to preserve a fantastic natural acidity that gives longevity.
