This wine was born from a mixed vineyard where Baga cohabits with Touriga Nacional. We decided to take this partnership further and we picked the grapes of these two varieties on the same day and fermented them together in a 3000 I oak vat where the wine later matured. We tried to capture the most delicate sides of these two varieties, making a very long and smooth skin contact, resulting in a wine full of elegance, delicate fruit and Atlantic character.
The 2015 HARVEST
The year was generally dry and warm, although with a winter and a month of September much colder and more humid. Contrary to the generally fairly early harvest that was 2015, these grapes ripened rather slowly and belatedly, maintaining quite a lot of freshness and natural acidity.
